I started out on the traditional path in life… I was told by my teachers, employer, Wall Street, and by conventional measures that I was successful.
As a Project Engineer I was making a good living…but it was a toxic work environment and I lacked purpose and personal fulfillment.
I submitted for some PTO because I had finally booked a trip to Mexico for my wife and I. It was a vacation we’d planned for a long time and we were excited to finally be taking it.
About 5 days before I was set to leave I was informed that I was needed for a project while I was set to be away on my trip.
The boss that I reported to said I was needed and that if I took the planned time off I could kiss my job goodbye.
I realized that I was NOT IN CONTROL of my life or income. I needed PERMISSION to spend time with my family or live the life I wanted.
Fast forward to today, I have assembled the Living Legacy Association to help people who are just like I was… Middle class, hard working families achieve the income, control and freedom that the wealthy elite enjoy.
